Billy Bob Thornton Daughter Amanda Brumfield was arrested because of baby’s death.  She was arrested in Florida with charges of child neglect which causes the death of an infant.

Amanda Brumfield, Billy Bob Thornton’s daughter, told the police that the 1-year-old child died after falling from her playpen last October 3, 2008, according to celebrity website TMZ.com.  An autopsy determined that the child suffered a fractured skull and a subdural hematoma due to blunt trauma.

Amanda Brumfield is the oldest daughter of Billy Bob Thornton with his first wife, Melissa Gatlin.
